Order processing time:

Preparing an order for shipment takes from 1 to 14 business days.
The preparation time depends on the number of garments in the order and whether it includes custom embroidery.
Shipping itself takes an additional 1 to 6 business days. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country.

Delivery of orders within the European Union

All orders within the European Union are shipped from our warehouse in Slovenia via the UPS logistics service directly to the customer’s address.
Please note!
Shipping within the European Union is free of charge!
Additionally, when shipping within the EU, the recipient does not pay any customs duties or taxes and does not need to complete any customs declarations.

Delivery of orders outside the European Union

All orders shipped outside the European Union are dispatched from our warehouse in Slovenia via the UPS logistics service to the customer’s address.
The shipping fee must be paid by the customer before dispatch.

The shipping cost for deliveries outside the European Union is calculated individually according to the UPS tariff rates.
The shipping cost for deliveries outside the European Union does not include customs clearance fees. Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the local customs authority. The recipient is responsible for any additional customs charges upon receipt. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
