  • Please note! Send all necessary files, texts, and information to our advisers in chat support. We will discuss the details together, and find out the best embroidery placement.
  • Please note! Send the files in vector format (cdr, ai, eps, svg) for the logo embroidery.
  • Please note! Choose the font, colour and send us together with text for the name embroidery.

Replacement and return of goods are carried out within 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive your parcel.

All returned goods or goods for replacement must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and factory labels attached, in original packaging.
