1. Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions under which we supply products to you. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order to us. The buyer is required to accept and familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions before placing an order. By placing an order, you enter into a contract with us and accept these Terms and Conditions.
These terms describe who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or terminate the contract, what to do in case of a problem, and other important information. If you believe there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you enter into a contract with ABRIKOS, Svitlana Suchko S.P., registered in Slovenia, here in after referred to as ABRIKOS.

ABRIKOS reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless required by law.
2. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to them or the use of the site, or any purchases on the site, are governed by the applicable laws of Slovenia and the directives of the European Union. Since ABRIKOS may amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time, you should only accept the Terms and Conditions that apply at the time of purchase with each order.
3. Order
Before payment, you can review your order, including the total cost and shipping fees, and make changes if necessary. You are committed to your order from the moment it is confirmed, and the conditions provided by these Terms and Conditions are fulfilled. This occurs after the order has been submitted and payment is confirmed. Please note that the order will not be valid if ABRIKOS cannot confirm the billing and delivery addresses you provided. Once you confirm your order, you will receive immediate online confirmation on the screen upon checkout, as well as a digital order confirmation via email. This confirmation is your receipt for the online order. A digital delivery confirmation is sent by email when your order is shipped. This confirms your delivery.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you for the product. This may occur if the product is out of stock, due to unexpected resource limitations that we could not reasonably foresee, or if we detect an error in the price or product description.
We will assign an order number to your order and inform you of it when we accept your order. It will be helpful if you can provide the order number when contacting us about your order.
We reserve the right to modify/alter/cancel the order if the stock was incorrectly indicated at the time the order was placed.
For certain collections, you may order a maximum quantity of products, and we reserve the right to adjust your order if the maximum quantity is exceeded.

4. Price and Payment
The product price will be indicated on the order pages when you place your order. We make every effort to ensure that the product price provided to you is accurate.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We normally verify prices before accepting your order so that, if the correct price of the product on your order date is lower than the price stated at the time of your order, we charge the lower amount. If the correct price of the product on your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for instructions before accepting your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as such, we may terminate the contract, refund you any sums you have paid, and require the return of any goods provided to you.
We accept payment by most credit and debit cards and through PayPal. You must pay for the products and their shipping before they are dispatched.
Items in your order destined for countries outside of Europe may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country (customs charges). The recipient of the shipment is the importer in the destination country and is responsible for all customs charges.
The total order amount (the cost of goods including all charges) cannot be guaranteed and may differ from what was indicated online at the time of ordering. If the recipient fails to pay the customs charges, the item will be returned to ABRIKOS, and the customer will not be refunded any shipping costs.
All prices are subject to change. ABRIKOS is not responsible for any currency changes or exchange rates that may occur with any bank when exchanging currencies we offer online.
5. Product
Products may vary slightly from their images. The images of the products on our website are for illustration purposes only. While we have made every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the colors of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
6. Delivery & Shipping
We strive to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. After your order is successfully placed, the warehouse processes it the next business day. Then it is picked, packed, and dispatched. The order preparation process takes from 1 to 14 days. The time depends on the receiving country, the composition and size of the order, and whether the order includes custom embroidery. Your order will be dispatched within 1-14 business days and then sent to you.
As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link attached. Your parcel should arrive within 5-7 business days from the time of dispatch. Please note that for some delivery locations, such as Slovakia and Croatia, delivery may take up to 10 days. During peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Please note that the estimated delivery times (5-7 business days) are approximate and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of ABRIKOS or our distribution partner. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Additionally, please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during promotional periods, such as Christmas and sales.
6.1 Delivery Locations and Shipping Costs
ABRIKOS delivers goods worldwide.
The shipping cost is calculated individually according to the rates of our distribution partner.
6.2 Uncollected Parcels
ABRIKOS will not cover the cost of shipping for uncollected parcels. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and administrative fees.
6.3 Tracking
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming that it is on its way. In the delivery confirmation of your order, you will receive a tracking link. The link will provide you with information on the status of your order's delivery. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 3 business days. ABRIKOS is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the carrier.
6.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We at ABRIKOS guarantee that every order is checked before shipment. If, despite this, the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt, you are, of course, entitled to file a complaint. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are advised to contact ABRIKOS customer service within 5 days.
In order for us to assist you, we will need the following information:
- Order number
- Product/item number (indicated on the label or tag)
- Photo(s) of the defect.

6.5 Missing Items/Order
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you to inform you of this. In this case, you will not be charged for these items. The invoice will indicate which items are included in this part of your order. Please check the invoices for each part of your order to ensure nothing is missing. If something is missing and you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days from the receipt of your order.
We must be notified of any non-arrival of parcels as soon as possible. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the dispatch date, please contact our customer service team. Failure to do so may affect our ability to track the parcel and issue any refund. A refund will only be issued after 30 days and only if the parcel is deemed lost in transit by the relevant shipping company.
In the event of goods being sold due to incorrect pricing caused by technical issues and/or ABRIKOS staff errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the payment, and inform the customer of the situation.
6.6 What if I am not at home?
If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver the parcel and it cannot be placed in your mailbox, the carrier will leave your parcel with a nearby neighbor or at a service point and leave you a note indicating where you can collect the parcel. If delivery to a neighbor or service point is not possible, your parcel will be returned to the carrier's warehouse and stored there for 10 calendar days. A second delivery attempt will then be made. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to ABRIKOS.
7. Right to Return and Cancel
7.1 Return and Exchange Policy
At ABRIKOS, we hope that you, as our valued customer, will always be satisfied with your order. However, if you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order from us.
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible and will notify you via email with confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that during peak periods, this may take up to 14 days from the time we receive the item. Please be aware that you are responsible for returning the item, and you must obtain proof of shipment from the post office/courier service when returning the item.
Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. All items for exchange or return must be in new and unused condition, with all factory markings and tags intact, and in their original packaging.
Please send us a message about the exchange to [email protected]. Do this no later than 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
After receiving your exchange package, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet all return conditions (new, unused condition, tags, labels). After verification, we will send you the correct sizes through our logistics partner.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
1.Items made to order or with custom modifications to the model;
2.Items with embroidered logos or names (therefore, before ordering embroidery, you must be 100% sure of your clothing size);
3.Items without factory markings that have been used more than necessary;
4.Items that were not in your order.
7.2 Cancellation
If you discover a manufacturing defect, the item can be returned with a valid receipt and/or order confirmation. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service. When notifying us of a defective item, you must state the reason for returning the item. Then use the return form according to the return instructions. Once ABRIKOS receives the defective item, ABRIKOS will refund you the full amount for the defective items, including the cost of return shipping, as soon as possible. Items are considered defective if they were received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurred within two years of purchase. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered defective. If the item cannot be repaired or a similar item is not available for reorder, you are entitled to a full refund, including shipping and return costs.
7.3 Changes to Placed Orders
Once your order has been placed and you have received the order confirmation email, we will begin processing your order. At this stage, you cannot make changes to your order. If an error was made in registering the contact details or customer address when placing the order, you are responsible for promptly contacting ABRIKOS. ABRIKOS is not responsible for shipping the item to the wrong and/or incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, all obligations undertaken by abrikos.com are suspended. In such cases, the contract between you and ABRIKOS may be partially or fully terminated by you or ABRIKOS. By force majeure, we mean events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, revolutions, riots, import/export blockages, and/or blockades, transportation obstacles, failures in electricity and telephone networks, internet services, and/or illnesses, whether they directly or indirectly affect us as an organization or one of our suppliers.
9. Fraud
ABRIKOS has the right to cancel and refund any order(s) believed to have been placed fraudulently or otherwise maliciously to ensure the security of our customers' transactions through our online services. ABRIKOS reserves the right to use all available legal means to enforce these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site and/or provide transaction information to law enforcement or payment service providers. Individuals who violate restrictions in password-protected areas of the site may be prosecuted.
10. Ownership
All rights, including copyright on abrikos.com, remain with ABRIKOS and its subsidiaries. Any use of this website or its content, including copying or storing it in whole or in part, other than for personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission.

Data security is important to us, and we want to be open and transparent about how we collect and process your personal information. Therefore, we have a privacy policy that defines how your personal data should be processed and protected. ABRIKOS attaches great importance to your personal privacy and data protection.
