1. Terms and Conditions

The online store https://abrikos.com publishes this agreement, which is a public offer agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) and has corresponding legal force, for the sale of goods presented on the Seller's official website to both individuals and legal entities (hereinafter the Buyer).

Use of services and purchase of goods from the online store https://abrikos.com implies the consent of the person using the services or purchasing the goods with the rules, terms, restrictions, and other conditions of cooperation set forth in this document.

By accepting this agreement, the Buyer confirms that:

* they are at least 18 years old at the time of purchase;
* the information provided when ordering goods or services is correct and up to date;
* the provided contact information may be used to inform about changes in operation, promotional offers, or other information related to the seller's activities.

These are the terms and conditions on the basis of which we supply products to you. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order to us. The Buyer is obliged to accept and familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions before placing an order. By placing an order, you enter into a contract with us and accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders

Before payment, you can review your order, including its total cost and shipping cost, and make changes if necessary. You are bound by your order from the moment of its confirmation, and the terms provided by these Terms and Conditions are fulfilled. This occurs after the order has been sent and payment is confirmed. Please note that an order will not be valid if ABRIKOS cannot confirm the billing and shipping addresses you provided. After you confirm your order, you will receive an immediate online confirmation on the screen after completing the checkout, as well as a digital order confirmation via email. This confirmation is a receipt for your online order. A digital shipping confirmation is sent by email when your order is dispatched. This is your delivery confirmation.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you for the product. This may happen if the product is out of stock, due to unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product.

We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

We reserve the right to change/amend/cancel an order if stock levels were incorrectly specified at the time the order was placed.

In certain collections, you may order a maximum number of products, and we reserve the right to change your order if the maximum quantity is exceeded.

3. Price and Payment

The price of the product will be indicated on the order pages when you place your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct.

It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product's correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mispricing, we may terminate the contract, refund you any sums you have paid, and require the return of any goods provided to you.

We accept payment with most credit and debit cards, via PayPal. You must pay for the products and their delivery before dispatch.

Items in your order destined for shipment to countries outside of Europe may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (customs fees). The recipient of the shipment is the importer in the destination country and is responsible for all customs fees.

The total order amount (value of goods including all costs) cannot be guaranteed and may differ from that stated online during checkout. If the recipient fails to pay customs fees, the goods will be returned to ABRIKOS, and the customer will not be refunded any shipping costs.

All prices are subject to change. ABRIKOS is not responsible for any currency fluctuations or exchange rates that may occur at any bank when exchanging the currencies we offer online.

4. Product

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully placed, the warehouse processes it the next business day. It is then picked, packed, and shipped. The preparation process for shipping takes from 1 to 14 days. The timeframe depends on the destination country, warehouse, order size, and the presence of custom embroidery. Your order will be assembled within 1-14 business days and then shipped to you.

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link attached.

Please note that the duration of the delivery itself may vary depending on external factors beyond the control of ABRIKOS or our distribution partner. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Additionally, please note that during promotional periods, such as Christmas and sales, delivery times may be longer than usual.

5.1 Delivery Locations and Shipping Costs

ABRIKOS ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated individually according to the rates of our distribution partner.

5.2 Uncollected Packages

ABRIKOS will not pay for shipping for uncollected packages. Customers will bear the costs for return shipping and administrative fees.

5.3 Tracking

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming it is on its way. In the shipping confirmation of your order, you will receive a tracking link. The link will provide you with information about the delivery status of your order. Please note that tracking updates can take up to 3 business days. ABRIKOS is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the carrier.

5.4 Damaged or Incorrect Goods

At ABRIKOS, we guarantee that every order is checked before shipping. If, despite this, a product turns out to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt, you can, of course, file a complaint. In case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are encouraged to contact the ABRIKOS customer service department within 5 days.

To help us assist you, we will need the following information:

- Order number
- Product/item number (found on the tag or label)
- Photo(s) of the defect.

5.5 Missing Items/Order

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will send you an email to inform you. In this case, no payment will be charged for these items. The delivery note will state which items are included in this part of your order. Please check the delivery notes for each part of your order to ensure nothing is missing. If something is missing and you have questions, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days from receipt of your order.

We must be notified of a parcel's non-arrival as soon as possible. If your order has not arrived within 14 days from the shipping date, please contact our customer support. Failure to comply with this requirement may affect our ability to track the parcel and issue any refund. Refunds will only be issued after 30 days, and only if the parcel is deemed lost in transit by the respective shipping company.

In case of selling goods due to incorrect pricing caused by technical problems and/or errors by ABRIKOS employees, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the money, and inform the customer about the situation.

6. Right of Return and Cancellation

6.1 Return Policy

At ABRIKOS, we hope that you, as our valued customer, will always be satisfied with your order. However, if you change your mind, we have a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order from us.
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible and will notify you by email with a confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that during high-load periods, this may take up to 14 days from the time we receive the item. Please note that the responsibility for returning the item lies with you, and that you must obtain proof of postage from the post office/courier company when returning the item.
To return items purchased on abrikos.com, follow these steps:
- Ensure that original tags are preserved on the items, they have not been used, have not been washed, and are in original condition.
- All returned items must be packed in a bag or box. If possible, try to use the original packaging.
- As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping when sending the item back to us. Please use the prepaid sticker, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. If you cancel the purchase, we will refund the amount paid for the items you returned. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Don't forget to include a completed return form when returning any items.

6.2 Cancellation

If you find a manufacturing defect, the item can be returned with a valid receipt and/or order confirmation. If you received a defective item, please contact our customer support. When notifying us of a defective item, you are obliged to state the reason for returning the item. Then use the return form according to the return instructions. Once ABRIKOS receives the defective item, ABRIKOS will refund you the full cost for the defective items, including return shipping costs, as quickly as possible. Items are considered defective if they were received damaged or if a manufacturing defect appears within two years of purchase. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered defective. If the item cannot be repaired or a similar item is unavailable for re-order, you are entitled to a full refund, including shipping and return costs.

6.3 Changes to Placed Orders

Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, we will begin processing your order. At this stage, you cannot make changes to your order. If an error was made in registering the customer's contact details or address during checkout, you are responsible for immediately contacting ABRIKOS. ABRIKOS is not responsible for shipping goods to an incorrect and/or wrong address provided by the customer.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, all obligations undertaken by abrikos.com are suspended. In this case, the contract between you and ABRIKOS may be partially or fully terminated by you or ABRIKOS. By force majeure, we mean events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, revolutions, insurrections, import/export blockades and/or blockades, transport obstacles, failures in electricity and telephone networks, internet services, and/or diseases, regardless of whether they affect us as an organization or one of our suppliers directly or indirectly.

8. Fraud

ABRIKOS has the right to cancel and refund any order(s) suspected of being placed in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful manner to ensure the security of our customers' transactions through our online services. ABRIKOS reserves the right to use all available legal remedies for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site and/or transmit transaction information to law enforcement agencies or payment service providers. All rights, including copyrights on abrikos.com, remain with ABRIKOS and its subsidiaries. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or in part, other than for personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission.
